The location was very convenient for exploring the area, with plenty of tuktuks available. The room was spacious, with good air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and some nearby restaurants. Best of all was the friendly and helpful owner, who arranged a private houseboat trip and a driver for the Kerala mountains.
The room could have been cleaner and could use some updating. There were a few mosquitoes, but the owner provided some plug-in repellant that worked well.

Cleanliness was top-notch, room facilities and free Wi-Fi were great. Transportation was easy to arrange on-site. Location on the beach road was perfect for us.

This hotel is situated on the beach road with easy access to the beach. the rooms are clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds. the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available but could use some improvement. the hotel also offers a variety of facilities, including air conditioning in rooms and houseboat arrangements.
Hot water can be intermittent in the bathroom.

The location was great, with easy access to the beach and the tourist spots. the view was amazing with a beautiful sunset. the staff were friendly and helpful, they arranged for us an activity that we enjoyed.
The facilities were not good, with several mosquitoes in the room and had some trouble with hot water. the room was not clean, with stained walls.
